Product: HP inkjet
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I am using a Deskjet 1000 to print transfers for metal engraving...and now and its time to replace printer.  The DJ1000 uses #61 black cartridge. The #61 ink works well and allows for a great transfer to the metal (some other inks do not work with this transfer process).  My question is, what is unque about the ink and what other printer use a simular type of ink?
