error code: EBS00P0004

I'd like to help!

I understand that you are getting an EBS00P0004 error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I have an HP Deskjet 3755.  I have tried to connect wirelessly on my PC, twice my computer has seen the printer, and goes through the steps to connect (wifi button  was flashing then steady.  it shows (in HP Smart setup) as connected to my PC, then connected to my router (2.4 ghz) says it is finished and asks to complete setup hangs for 5 minutes then "We're sorry, something went wrong We're having a technical issue with you HP Smart setup session.  We aren't able to resolve the issue adn can't finish printer setrup right now." (Error code: EBS00p0004)"  I have restarted my computer, removed HP Smart from my PC  reset the printer (Power +  Cancel) tried again on my computer,  same results.  wiped it out again then tried on my  Android phone, exactly the same results.     My daugher loves the size/colour, but it I don't get it fixed, will be lookin for a Canon next weekend if not resolved.
