Product: HP Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My HP Envy Photo 7855 Printer recently went dead. No activity, no start up noise. Just stuck at one dot on the initialization screen. Unplugged, waited an hour or more, plugged back in, no activity. I have removed and reinstalled the HP genuine cartridges, no activity. I was connected to wi-fi but it's not showing up.

Any other suggestions welcomed. It recently went out of warranty.
