My OfficeJet4650 and HP Envy started having the same error a few days ago. They say “the indicated cartridges are not intended for this printer.” The error triggered when the paper try ran out, we replaced the paper and shut the tray. Then we got this printer cartridge errors. We did updates one and two days before on each. I tried all troubleshooting strategies, including replacing the black cartridges with new 63s. Any idea what to do?
