HP Recommended

I use the HP Officejet 6600 e-all-in-one.

I put in a new original cartridge 932XL (black) and after that the printer gives a faillure. Messages:  Problem with the printer or inksystem. There also is: HP0x61011bed. I use the virtuel chat, but nothing works.

 

(Sorry for my english, it's not my native language. I am dutsch)
