After upgrade Win 10 v 1803 Easy Document Creator won't comunicate with scanner

Running  WIN 7 Pro 64x. EDC still not  working after downloading patch. Please HELP!

Hi 5Pillar,

we have all experienced the error described in this post only on Win X upd. 1803.
During tests in lab I tryed to install EDC on a test bench with Win 7 and I verified that the suite works fine. But I can't still remember if it was 32 or 64 bit.

Anyway I think the problem in your case is not the same..

In HP drivers there's the new Samsung Easy Document Creator V2.02 (08/2018),  it's works fine.

I can't find it on the HP website when putting the details of my samsumg scx-3405W printer.

I'd appreciate your help.

I have Samsung m2675, I suggest you for example to download EDC from this printer's model or similar following https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-xpress-sl-m2675-laser-multifunction-printer...

Not for sure but probably works.

Hi. Do you have a similar patch for the 1809 build? After windows updated to 1809, I am unable to get my scanner to work again. This is incredibly frustrating. HELP!
