Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do i get the default scan format to be A4 instead of 8-1/2x11?  I'm in Europe and it's killing me having to use the glitchy scroll bar to change the format to A4 each time i scan something.

Can you tell me what is the procedure that you use to scan? to let you know how you can change that paper size setting.
