Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I HAVE A NEW ROUTER AND THE CONNECTION BETWEEN PRINTER WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE ROUTER VIA A USB IT WORKS SOMETIMES AND I CANT CONNECT SAMSUNG MOBILE PRINT AM IDOING SOMETHING WRONG

Just confirming, the connection that you have between the router and printer is USB? or maybe Ethernet?

And if you are trying touse Samsung Mobile Print is because you want to be able to print from a Phone or a Tablet, am I right?

 

In case that you have a USB cable connected from printer to router I would sugest you to change it for an Ehternet cord

 

Regards and letme know if the information is right or if switching the cable works.
