Color alignment after upgrade firmware to latest one Iam using original toners.gives gauzy photos .Try to solve according instructions but no solution.

It would be wise to have the machine serviced and calibrated by a technician if you have never worked on the machine before.Sorry we could not solve the problem apart from having it serviced.Hope that help.

I would like to assist but maybe if possible just add a picture of your problem for us to determine what could be the cause please.

How can attach pucture?

You will see there is a photos option on the taskbar where you reply on the forum.Then the picture will be checked by a moderator before approving it as a readable option.

If the pictures i see then there is a serious alignment problem in the machine.The image transferbelt has2 sensors looking at the image on the belt when calibrating.These look like eyes must be clean.Then do n full calibration of the colors and retry,Hope this will help.

I dont know where is the sensors and how i can do calibration . May need technician or change it.
