Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer second hand March 2020. all the files were download. the print print and copy but cannot scan. I download Samsung Easy Document Creator but cannot open file. I need administrator to open the file.

I have the same issue.  I have a new laptop.  I can print & copy, but am not able to scan.  I did the same and downloaded Easy Document Creator, but it wouldn't open for me either.  Uggh!
