Product: ML-2165W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Samsun Easy Printer Manager under Advanced Settings -> Device Settings -> Network -> Wireless Setting - Easy Wireless Settings: Wizard. After pressing the Wizard button I get:

Needed to install "Samsung Easy Wireless Setup". So all fine now.
