Product: Samsung Xpress C1860FW

We are getting the following error code A1-4111 Actuator Motor Failure.  Can anyone help with this?

Thank you, Repairatrooper - actually, my daughter found a video online that describe step-by-step solutions.  Turns out it was a little pad between the solenoid and something else (forgot what she said).  Anyway the pad had moved and all she had to do was move it back to where it belonged and voila it worked!  Much better than replacing a motor and/or the whole machine!
