Hi,

I got stuck on "Loading" prompt as startup and it seems the only way to overcome this is replace HDD. I have a new one now, but can't find the HDD image file to rebuild this.

Does anyone know where this is or if you have it / done it before.

Every printer uses a different file, post back your model number.
