Hello, I installed a new hard drive because my old one was broken. Now I need new firmware for the printer. I’m already in recovery mode, but whenever I select the HDD, it tells me that it can’t find the file on the USB drive. Can someone send me the firmware? Thanks in advance.

Just to clarify, firmware and recovery at 2 different files. To install a disk you must first use the recovery file, but after that it is imperative that you update the firmware to the newest file available from support.hp.com
