Hi,

I understand that the main purpose of the support is to bully customers away. My question is how can I get in touch with them anyway? The contact page leads everywhere but not to contact. Once when I succeed in getting my message over I receive an email: get in touch with the support! Yeah! Thanks for the advice, I would never have come up with this brilliant idea myself.

Not to forget all the other stuff they do to discourage you. Oh, we need a serial number. Hi, Google, how do I find my serial number? The support says "a serial number is not enough, we need a product number". Hi, Google, how do I find my product number. No, Google, C430W is NOT my product number - at least the "support" says so.

So now I am stuck again. My post in the forum did not get any answer, my try to find a solution to my printing problem turns out to be useless. I have no time for these weird strategies, I need to print NOW, not anytime after I searched the internet for hours and days. So this is just for curiosity: has anyone ever gotten any help from the support? And how did you manage that?

Meanwhile I am unpacking my new printer.:OpenSmile:

Actually, the purpose of this forum is that forum members can ask other forum members for help, also they can share information and help other forum members.

Thanks for trying to help.

I searched the forums without result, posted two questions myself without a reply, tried to get in touch with the support without much success (being always sent to the Q&A which does not offer a solution), and when I finally found out their email they replied I should send an email, which was exactly what I had done. So, I am sorry but I am done here.
