Hello,
I hope someone can help - Is it possible to just clean out the waste toner container, or does it have to be replaced? There is no warranty, as it was bought by the company as second hand.
If it needs replacing can someone please recommend a retailer either in Ireland or the UK?
Also, how often does one recommend servicing the machine itself?
Much obliged.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
You can clean the waste tank by simply getting the toner out of the container. Then rinse the container with cold water and soap until it very clean.Let it dry and replace in the machine.Remember this tank must be very clean so that the sensors do not see any toner and gives a false reading.
It is so nice to give some help where possible and the forum is a great idea Thank You.Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words to find a solution.Should you find my help use full just give some credit for my effort please.

Can I just check - regarding washing out of the toner from the unit - is this safe to do indoors (sink/bath) or does it need to be done outdoors? My worry is will the toner stain anything when being washed? Thanks
