Hi,
I have changed cartridge to my Samsung M2070 laser printer. I managed to print about 100 copies but now printer won't work. Replace cartridge text in printer display. I printed Network configuration and Supplies Information pages using
printer buttons. Quality is excellent. But in Supplies Information page says that Life remaining is 0%, I thing this should be something like 95%. Should this be reseted when I install new cartridge? Cartridge what I installed was original product, or least it was in Samsung box.

So I have solved this case. Problem was not in counter, it was network problem. I reseted all settings that I found and after clearin and re-setting network printer started to work. Counter still zero. Normal power off solution didn't work on this case.
