M2825DW

My M2825DW has been sat for a while.

Three horizontal lines are appearing across each printed page. I've replaced the toner, though these line were also present beforehand.

Do I need to clean something and can anyone provide instructions?

Thanks in advance

Hello, on this model the toner is separate from the Drum Unit. The Drum is was puts the toner on the page and can cause lines on prints after so much wear on the surface. Unfortunately you will have to purchase one because it cannot be cleaned in anyway.  MLT-R116 should be the part number for the Drum Unit.

Hope this helps, thanks.
