Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Argh. Trying to find an actual support person is impossible!

 

My Samsung ML-2545 printer has worked fine for several years. Now, it won't power on. The only activity I get is when I unplug it qand replug. The Toner LED and Status LED briefly flash red, followed by another half-second green flash of the Status LED. Then, nothing. Is the circuitry dead?

 

The damnable part is that I just bought a fresh cartridge. Of course, a replacement printer costs far more than it did when new.
