Operating System: iOS

The "Mobile Print " App for iPhone (formerly the "Samsung Mobile Print" App stores copies of printed documents on my pphone.

Question 1: is the list of documents really in a completely random order? If not, what is the secret to finding a file?

Question 2: is there an efficient way to clear out old files from the phone or do I have to go through on at a time to delete?

Question 3: why doesn't the file listing in the app accommodate "dark mode" on my phone? As it is, the list ends up white on white when in dark mode.

Note that this has nothing to do with the printer (I have two, a ML-2525W and a SCX-4623FW) it is about the Mobile Print App for my iPhone. 
Please respond to my actual question, thanks.
