Hello,

I am an IT Administrator and I'm currently dealing with a Samsung ProXpress M4580FX that is stuck on the HDD System Failure: #S1-2411 screen.

I have already tried the standard firmware updates available on the support page, but they do not work for this specific HDD failure. I need to perform a clean install on a new drive.

Could someone please provide the Full System Recovery files (the .ehd/.hds image and the required Unix scripts) so I can perform the recovery via USB?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
