Print problem

When I print off my phone it comes out very small but when I print from the computer, it prints normal. How can I fix the phone problem. Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue. 

To better assist your-

1.) Are you trying to print from an Android or iOS device? 

2.) What is the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or different device? 

While you respond to that, let's try these steps - 

Step#1 Adjust the font size - 

Android - Change font size

iOS - Change the font size

Step 2 Update the device - 

Android - Check & update your Android version

iOS - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
