Hi

 

I have Samsung Printer SCX-4826FN. I downloaded the driver SamsungUniversalPrintDriver3_V3.00.16.0101.01

 

The printer still doesn't print. After giving Print command for any document, the printer starts and in about 5-8 seconds, it stops with STATUT light on the top of printer turns from Green to 'Red'. In a small window, it displays, 'Paper jam'. But after completely checking, I didn't see any paper jam.

 

Also, would like to know how to access Paper jam sensor? How does it look like?

 

Any suggestions welcome!
