Printer stack on boot, message "system initialize"

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. my printer doesn't boot and stack on system initialize status. I can't go in tech mode and I've tested to turn off power cable or torner but nothing change. What can I do? Is it possible to hard reset the printer or reinstall the firmware?
