Hi,

I need to replace my hdd in Samsung  M5370LX and I can’t find the necessary unix scripts files for recovering it. I tried HP support and they don't want to help. They pointed to another company but it will be a paid visit.

Yeah, royal pain when they cut off the ability to browse the FTP site directly. You need the exact file location  to access the recovery files. I have escalated your post in the hopes that someone can get you the correct link.
