HP Recommended
Product: MultiXpress X7400LX
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

After firmware upgrade the panel will not start up again.

It hangs with 'loading....'

Printing and Scan works well, but no access neither on the web-interface

nor on the touch-panel.

 

How to revover or reload the firmware w/o access to the interface?

Any suggestion is welcomed.

HP Recommended

Try taking out the HDD so the printer will start a recovery mode.
