Hello,

 

I am facing an issue with my Samsung ProXpress M4080FX. The original HDD failed, and the system initialization is stuck (it stops at 94%, just like other cases reported here).

 

I have replaced the hard drive, but I understand that I need the system recovery files (.ehd and scripts) to restore the partitions and firmware using an external USB drive.

 

Could an Expert or Moderator please enable Private Messaging on my account and share the necessary files and instructions to restore the HDD?
