Product: Samsung SCX-3405FW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting the error message: "Scan Application supported by Easy Print Manager is not installed." I downloaded and installed the drivers and software from HP support site.

Hi,

Be sure to install the scan drivers below:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/SCX-3400/SCX-3400_Series_WIN_Scanner_V3.21.60....

 

You may follow below steps to install it:

Once the scan drivers has been installed you should be able to scan using Easy Document Creator:
