Hi!

I have probleem with SCX-3405w printer.

When i try to print something it says "empty toner".
I can print "supplies information" by pressing the buttons on the printer and the printout is fine.

 

I replaced the toner with a new one and I have the same error.

Supplies information says: toner remaining: 100%

Easy printer manager says toner is 100%.

 

What elese I can do?
