Hi All,

I think I did some bad setting entries in my setup regarding network and security (web access SyncThruWebService) and now I can't access to my printer setup by the web browser nor print (it appears offline).
The printer is properly connect to the box by wire, responds to a ping and is in the result of a command 'arp -a'.

Is there a possibility to unlock this printer, or reset it to a factory setup?

Thanks for your attention.

Regards.

François

Hi MJN248 and for thank you for your post.

I tried your solution accessing Easy Printer Manager connected as USB and clearing the network setting but it didn't do anything at the first try.

For a second try, I deactivated the DHCP and forced a new IP address 192.168.xxx.54

After that, I had access to the printer, on the network via its ethernet connection, through Sync Thru Web Service.
I had to reinitialize the admin password after enter with login admin and password sec00000.

I reactivated the DHCP.

And the printer has the former IP address 192.168.xxx.53.

Many thanks for your help !
Kind Regards.

Hi, Try the following:

Connect the printer to a PC using a USB cable. Then install Samsung "Easy Print Manager".

Select the printer connected via USB, go to "Advanced Settings" -> "Device Settings" -> "Network Settings". Scroll all the way to the bottom and select "Clear". Then restart the printer.
