Hello,
I have a Samsung ML-2525W printer. It appears to be in good health as I see from the configuration report. I have had the printer in storage and want to try using it again. I lost the installation software and cannot find a way to obtain a copy via the HP support website. I would like to set up on my home WiFi network, but am having troubled on how to do. Does anyone know how to get a copy of the CD or download of such for this printer? Thanks for any help as it seems impossible to talk to a human support technician at HP. BTW, if anyone knows how to knock the support communications door down or can send me a HP secret decoder ring to do so, this would also be of immense help!
