Samsung ML1860
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Samsung ML1860 laser printer that has been working fine with my computer for awhile.

 

Suddenly today, the toner cartridge has not ran out yet, but the printer has started printing out solid black pages (no text is visible, just purely black all over the page). I have updated the printer driver to https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/samsung-ml-1860-laser-printer-series/19134650 and also cleaned the interior and exterior of the printer as instructed. I have tried printing with two brand new genuine cartridges, the printer is still printing solid black pages, no error on the computer printing queue/system. I tried printing a test page and it is also solid black. I believe it is something within the printer that needs to be fixed, any suggestions please?
