Samsung MultiXpress SL-X7500LX Color Laser Multifunction Printer

Hi all, I am looking to download the USB recovery images for the Samsung MultiXpress SL-X7500LX Color Laser Multifunction Printer that is used to reformat/recover the HDD after replacement but i dont found it and HP support in Germany doesn't help.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Maybe someone can send me the file.

I’ve managed to get the correct firmware and have replaced the original HDD with a Samsung 870 EVO SSD. Here's what I did:

  • Formatted a SanDisk USB stick (FAT32)

  • Placed the firmware file on it:
    X7x00_series_V11.01.09.01_FS_V15.02.06.23.15.tar.gz

  • Performed the HDD format process as instructed

However, I’m now getting the following error:
"USB not mounted"

Could you help me understand why this is happening?
Is the SSD compatible with the system, or does it require the original hard drive model to function properly?

thanks for the quick answer, unfortunately I have a problem.

 

When connected to USB 2.0 I’m getting error: USB not mounted

When connected to USB 3.0 I’m getting error: File not found in USB

 

Can you help me?
