After installing a new transfer belt and short time later a new fuser (after <2000 prints) the warning to prepare both items new is indicated. In the diagnostic for both (belt and fuser) a capacity of 20000 is assumed. The counter indicates 18300 as consumed, but after replacement 6 weeks ago less than one box of paper (500 sheets) were consumed.
I expect a wrong calculation of the counter. Can I reset the counter somehow or is there any other hint?

Thank you for any suggestion,

Detlef

Hello again,

I´ve checked the counter in the Diagnosis result/Consumable information.

In the tab “Maintenance Parts” the number of images consumed of the “Fuser Life” and “Transfer Belt Life” rise with any print by 4 !

Thank you for any hint!!
