Product: Samsung Xpress SL-M2070FW Laser Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just bought a new hp 15 laptop pc.  Have a model 2070FW Samsung printer that worked fine with the old computer.  I linked the printer with the new computer, and printed a test sheet with no problem.  When I try to print a document, I get a pop up in the upper left corner of the screen that takes up about 1/3 of the screen that tells me that the document is a pdf in my folders and asks me to save or cancel.  I tell it to save and then hit the print key again and the pop up blinks bright and dim and refuses to print.  All hp support can tell me is that the printer warranty has expired and they can't help me.  I am having trouble believing that I have a printer problem.
