Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys. I have a Samsung SL-C3060FR and I can not scan via usb cable on Win10 . It gives me an error " IO connection ". What can I do to fix the problem?

Hello SirMEZZ, 

 

In order to resolve the IO connection error you will need to donwload the lastest version of the Easy document creator. After the recent windows update this issue started but the updated software will fix this issue.

 

Please find the software in the following link, install it and re add the printer again.
