I need a point of contact at HP for support for the David SLS-3 Scanner. I've searched the forums and every instruction manual out there, and continue to have problems with scan alignments. I'm unable to open a ticket, due to the HP system not accepting the S/N for my product. Can anyone from HP contact me? Does anyone in the community know of a service center, or anything similar, where I can take my scanner to have detailed help in resolving the issues?
