Hi,
I have a Samsung Xpress M2885FW Laser Multifunction Printer. The button on my control panel to access the menu has stopped working. Because of this, I can not change the wireless settings and thus, I can't print anything. Does anyone know how to fix this, or even where I could get this fixed?

Hi emilyhasle, you can reconnect the printer to netrwork from a computer, you just need to run the software Samsung Easy Wireless Setup: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SS/SL-M3370FD/EWS_V3.70.18.0.exe
I leave the document with the instructions to run the wireless setup:
And after you connect the printer to network you can access to the SyncThru™ Web Service following next steps:
- Open a web browser, type the IP address of the printer in the browser's address field, and then press the Enter key or click Go.Example of an IP address: http://123.123.123.123
NOTE:
To get the IP address of the printer, from the Home screen of the control panel, select Machine Setup, select theOthers settings, and then select the Report option. - On the SyncThru™ Web Service website, click Login.
- Type the login ID, Password, and then select a domain.
NOTE:
You will need to login as an administrator to configure the settings in the SyncThru™ Web Service website.ID: adminPassword: sec00000 - Click LoginAnd you will be able to modifie all network settings or Machine settings from that serverRegards.

emilyhasle, my apologies for the misunderstood, you do not need the menu button to pair up your printer to network following the procedure shown above, if you have aditional questions during that process, let me know and I would be more than glad to clarify the process.
