just purchased a new computer windows10 HP.  preinstalled app and can't find how to send a notification to my phone.

tells me to update and i do, but says already installed.  go to settings in the app and don't see how to send the notification to my phone to link it up.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

What phone are you using the printer with, Android or an iphone?
