Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Samsung SCX 3400 printer/scanner. Usually works OK ish, but today I can't get my computer to recognize the scanner. Says none is attached. However I printed a test page OK.

 

Just now I had to create a new account to use this forum (not sure why) and I asked website to detect the printer/scanner and that also said there wasn't one. But it's connected via USB and switched on.
