Hi marina_meshel

You can always try as first step unplugging the power cord from the printer (while the printer is on), while the printer is unplugged press down and hold the power/wake up button during 10 seconds, then release it, plugged the device back in and turn it on.

How is your printer conected to the device that you use to print from? (USB, wireless, ethernet, etc)

Let me know if you have aditional information please.

Regards.
