Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Mijn 15-16 jaar oude laserprinter drukt alleen maar grijs af. Voordien geen problemen, wel nieuwe toner ingezet. Alle aanwijzingen gevolgd van de gebruiksaanwijzing, maar dat helpt niet. Tenslotte opnieuw geïnstalleerd (driver 1.60), maar ook dat helpt niet.  Ik heb windows 10, maar weet niet of 32 of 64 is?

My 15-16 year old laser printer only prints gray tint, no text. No problems before, but new toner implemented. Followed all directions of the instructions, but that does not help. Finally reinstalled (driver 1.60), but that doesn't help either. I have windows 10, but don't know 32 is from 64?

I know, but chatting with Samsung tells me that support of Samsung printers is outsources to HP since 2017! They tell me to contact you to an link bit and so on and that is you I presume?
