Product: samsung clx- 6260fr

hi everyone, i have a samsung clx-6260fr printer ... it has an error on the display replace pickup roller. I replaced the roller pickup but the error continues to exist ... I went into tech mode to reset all the counters but the problem still remains ... I visited the hp / samsung drivers website and saw that it is A firmware update is available that could solve this problem but I can't update the firmware because it tells me that the printer is in use because it is in error ... could someone help me please?
