I used the service mode to factory reset the printer, then the printer got stucked at new configuration startup, loading for many hours till next day.  I have tried all methods to get the service mode menu options. 

 

Any suggestions on how to get this solved?

You may need to reapply the UI for the printer. That requires an image file that I can send you a link for, however I am waiting for a moderator to enable private messaging on your account.
