Product: samsung xpress c1860fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my Samsung printer do not communicate. The status display board only shows the sign Samsung. The display board empty otherwise. No copy, scan or any thing like that. The only button that respond when pressing is the POWER/Wake Up button, nothing else. Looks like all the software program in it is lost. How do we reenergise this dead machine.
