hi

did not FW update successful. I tried. but not successful.drag and drop to SCX4521HS_V3.07.01.28.hd file usblist2.exe .then printer disply seen masaeg "image error reset printer"

For this case it would be better to contact a local technician or you can search for an Authorized service center that provides that kind of assistance like Best Buy or any other reseller.
