Product: sansung Xpress M2070
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Quando tento di scannrizzare dal pannello della stampante la procedura si blocca in " connessione" .
Da SamsungEasyDocumentCreation  la digitalizzazione rapida non è attiva.

Come stampante funziona.
Entrando in W10 gestione dispositivi e selezionando lo  scanner si riesce a  digitalizzare correttamente, cosa devo fare?
