Product: 3d scanner david pro sls-2

I just bought 3d scanner david pro sls-2. The seller wrote that this is after warehouse cleaning. Cardboard and transparencies were intact.

My problem is that a USB key not working. (Not recognized on any PC). And support is not recognizing my serial number. 

So the 3d scanner is now useless ;(
