Product: 425dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi
I've had this 425dn MFP since w7 and it has rocked.
Recently upgraded to w10 and the scanning sucks. It is super light and very hard to read.
I used ScanVue at 1200 DPI and it is OK but still not great. I don't want to pay $80 for a scan program especially when HP worked so well w/W7.
Advise please. AFAIK I am updated completely.
I use HP Scan app for W10 or windows utility, both give less than desirable results.
The scanner is clean, the glass that is. No problems with copying or printing.
