HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know how to adjust the tray to 8.5x11 but it slips back to 14" when inserted.  I have examined the tray thoroughly and there just isn't anyway to lock for 8.5x11  I first bought a 9015 but it had the same problem.  I exchanged it for another 9015...same problem.  So, I switched to an 8020...guess what! same problem.  Because it slips, the tray is pulling many pages in and never produces one page on piece of paper!  I have spent a few hours on the phone with HP support without a working answer.

Thank you for your reply. I have looked at the HP support website a lot, so I have been there many times.

I have Called HP support and they had no idea what I was talking about. I even videoed while a support agent was on the phone and showed him what was happening and he sent me another printer and it had the same proble. so I am turning to this communication to see if anybody out there has solved this problem.
